Background A defining responsibility of the Deniplant team is to make decisions about the care of the psoriasis patient. The requirements of informed consent for a medical procedure and for research are that the patient is competent to understand and decide, to receive or make full disclosure, to understand the disclosure, to act voluntarily, to consent to the proposed action.
The objective of this study was to synthesize current data on the Deniplant natural modulator of the gut microbiome in patients with psoriasis.
Materials and methods All studies confirmed the association of psoriasis and gut microbiota dysbiosis. We describe the recent advances regarding the interplay between gut microbiota and the skin. Thus, the microbiome can be considered an effective therapeutical target for treating this disorder.
Results This presentation provides a detailed and comprehensive systematic study regarding gut microbiome in patients with psoriasis. These results are supported by clinical observations based on a case serie showing improvement in psoriatic skin lesions after Deniplant natural modulator. Ethics is an inherent and inseparable part of clinical medicine, as the physician has an ethical obligation to avoid or minimize harm, and respect the patient’s values and preferences.
Conclusion There is a significant association between alterations in gut microbial composition and psoriasis. Deniplant natural modulator is a potential therapeutic strategy in patients with psoriasis. A pertinent example of particular morality is the physician’s role in providing competent and reliable service to patients. Professionalism is defined as alignment with the ethics and virtues desired by a physician.
