Preparation and use: In a liter of water, put a sachet of herbs. Add a lemon, cut into slices. Boil until 750ml remains (boiling time is 15-20 minutes after boiling). If sugar is used for sweetening, it will be put in the water at the beginning, so that it also goes through the boiling process.
